Project Overview: The third and final phase of an exciting development in Sunderland, Dovecote Meadow provides 177 extra care apartments with communal areas and gardens - Facilities such as a restaurant, coffee bar, shop, hair salon and care suite are provided.
Our role here was to design and install the complete electrical services, including fire alarms, warden call, CCTV, refuge alarms, door entry etc.
As well as the traditional electrical services we completed the smoke ventilation and natural ventilation systems to the development fully integrating them into the fire alarm system.
Overall a very interesting and successful project for our much valued client with a value in excess of £1.4M
