Project Overview:
The development consisted of a luxurious bedroom expansion with suites and a luxury spa area with hydrotherapy pools, as an extension of the existing hotel and golf club on the outskirts of Durham City.
Generally, the contractor's design was based on a performance specification. Close liaison with our client helped define their specific lighting design and the AV/IT requirements of this four-star luxury hotel extension.
