A huge scheme in the heart of Newcastle, consisting of 3 apartment towers to include 280 one, two, and three bedroomed apartments, some with views over the River Tyne, including communal facilities ranging from a small gym, quiet seating areas, and retail. Near to Central Station and the Stephenson Quarter, and Newcastle's iconic Quayside area.
M & T are tasked with the landlord installation as well as the apartment fit-out. Landlord areas consisting of rising bus-bar feeding MSDU's on each floor for the apartment power, full fibre installation to the apartments with home hub, and Cat6/co-axial cabling to the home, diverse route essential services power, general lighting, and power.
