Our office team have between them over 200 years' collective experience of getting electrical projects from design to completion.
A bit about Fred...
Fred has a wealth of experience in the electrical industry. He has been owner of McNally and Thompson since 1997 and has always put the customer first – providing that all important professional service. In his spare time Fred is a religious man – his religion is football and he spends match days at Sunderland Stadium of Light… praying a lot!

With 25 years experience in the electrical industry Dave is a highly motivated construction professional who provides energy and focus to efficiently deliver complex and challenging projects – ensuring that client expectations are always met and where possible, exceeded.
In his spare time he likes to keep himself fit.

A bit about Jackie...
Jackie has worked in office administration for over 25 years. Her experience in administrative activities and Sage accounts is vast and facilitates the smooth running of the office.
In her spare time she enjoys the odd glass of red and shopping.

A bit about Simon...
Simon has been in the electrical industry for 16 years, progressing to site supervisor in his early 20's. As part of the senior management team Simon is responsible for ensuring all tenders are priced fairly and accurately to enable the company to remain competitive within the industry. He has a proven track record in estimating profitable contracts and will be continuously improving the department to better serve our clients.
Simon loves spending quality time with his family. He also loves sport, especially football, boxing and formula one. He also enjoys a game of golf in the summer.

Allan has nearly 25 years’ experience within the electrical industry and 10 years in project management on various projects ranging from domestic, commercial, leisure and light industry.
Allan always ensures that the electrical services are installed to of the highest standard and that the clients are happy from start to finish
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, walking the family dog, travel, socialising and unfortunately watching Newcastle United.

Deb has worked in an office for many years and gained extensive experience in all aspects of administration duties and customer care skills. In her spare time Deb likes to take her pet Labrador Charlie for walks.

A bit about Michael...
Michael started in the Electrical industry nearly 25 years ago holding various positions throughout his career from Apprentice to Contracts engineer and gaining experience across many types of projects including data centres, custodial, healthcare, residential developments and offshore. Michael prides himself on his integrity and strives to be an integral member of any team.
In his spare time Michael enjoys walking his 3 dogs, spending time with friends and family and is a Sunderland AFC fan.

A bit about Phil...
Phil has been in the industry for 20 years, lots of experience in the commercial electrical sector as well as the domestic and light industrial. He is carrying out a variety of tasks including estimating and contract managing competently, from initial enquiry to hand over and completion. Spare time Phil is a big Sunderland fan and enjoys running, golf, socialising and spending time with his family.

Graeme has over 28 years’ experience in the electrical industry. He is responsible for project managing the electrical installation on various size and types of contracts, developing and maintaining pro-active site relationships with the client and other members of the wider project team.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, running, football and socialising with family and friends.

Patrick has been in the electrical industry for 22 years with excellent experience in domestic, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. He is very passionate about the electrical industry and always looking for areas of self and team improvement. Patrick will be working with both the estimating and projects teams to always deliver the best, competitive electrical services to our valued clients.
In his spare time Patrick enjoys coaching football, watching Newcastle United, and spending time with his close family and friends.

Abbie joins our office team with a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth running of our office and our sites. She enjoys eating out and going for cocktails with the girls. Abbie has a pet tortoise named Ziggy.
ABBIE HOOD // Office Assistant
A bit about Gary...
Gary has been in the electrical industry for 32 years. He is responsible for the development, preparation, and submission of specification compliant Tender documents for both Commercial and Industrial projects within the electrical industry.
Further responsibilities involve sourcing and evaluation of Subcontractor quotations for inclusion into the final tender, also offering optional VE wherever possible. Co-ordination and resolution of technical queries with Main Contractors and Subcontractors.
In his spare time Gary enjoys coaching youth rugby, supporting Newcastle United, and spending time with his family and friends.

Craig has been in the electrical industry for 15 years, with 6 years’ in project management covering various domestic and commercial projects.
Craig will be working on a variety of commercial projects, ensuring that they are delivered in a timely manner with the best possible service. He has a keen interest in Health & Safety.
In his spare time, Craig enjoys watching his children play football and spending time with his family.
