This project was a new build housing scheme in Gateshead with intelligent heating and lighting controls. We installed the electrical services to 25 properties as part of the development, Gateshead Innovation Village, on behalf of Engie for Home Group.
Apartment Accommodation – Whitburn Towers
We provided the electrical design and installation to 32 apartments and an annexe building, consisting of 4 apartments for rent by South Tyneside Housing Ventures and a separate communal hub for use by the residents.
Apartment Accommodation - Forth Banks Apartments
A huge scheme in the heart of Newcastle, consisting of 3 apartment towers to include 280 one, two, and three bedroomed apartments, some with views over the River Tyne, including communal facilities ranging from a small gym, quiet seating areas, and retail.
Apartment Accommodation – Claypath Student Accommodation
Large predominantly student mixed-use development in Durham, including 445 student beds, retail space, a cinema, and a gym.
