Project Overview:
New IT facility for City Electrical Factors. This project entailed a high level of M & E services to coordinate within the building fabric. Maintaining a high standard & attention to detail for all visible finishes was a challenge at times, as well as major client-driven revisions during the build. Utility services issues caused problems with commissioning & final completion of the building. As a customer ourselves of CEF (City Electrical Factors), we were delighted to be part of this project.
