Project Overview:
This project covered the development of a new 120-bed Travel Lodge Hotel on the Newcastle Quayside.
The building has 6 stories consisting of a reception area, restaurant, bar, kitchen, and staff offices on the ground floor. Guest accommodation are on floors 1 through to 4, and a plant area on floor 5.
Generally, the contractor designs with brand-specific works consisted of:

- Fire Alarm Systems
- Emergency Voice Communication
- CCTV
- Access Control (incorporating bedroom access controls and back of house)
