Project overview:
A 4-storey office building for the Department For Education. Roof top exposed plant area, external car parks, and access road lighting.
Typical office environment with fully automatic lighting system, floor boxes served by under floor bus-bar, and heavily serviced with data & comms.
Fast track programme which was bettered by 6 weeks mainly due to the onsite team’s coordination and communication. The project came with two specifications both of which we had to satisfy.
Town centre location is adjacent to a busy live civic offices building.
