Dovecote Meadow is an Extra Care scheme for elderly persons of traditional construction : Consisting of 176 apartments and communal facilities such as a coffee bar , lounge , wellbeing suite , shop , hair salon and restaurant.
McNally & Thompson were employed to design, install and commission the whole of the buildings electrical systems including Fire Alarms, Warden Call, CCTV, IRS, Air Conditioning and the mechanical, natural & smoke ventilation systems.
