The main works consisted of the full refurbishment of the electrical installation to Level 1 and Level 2 of the West Wing of the Library.

The new school replaces the 108-year-old Goosehill First School for children aged five to nine years old, and includes playing fields, a games area, a main hall, staff room, offices, kitchen, toilets, and parking spaces.

The old blocks were demolished and this state of the art multipurpose learning and sports facility is certainly a whole lot better.

A boiler house replacement including the delivery of the upgraded electrical works, alongside mechanical contractors, on a tight timescale – during the summer recess.

The new £10m University Technical College South Durham on the Aycliffe Business Park. Here we were tasked with the complete electrical installation including general teaching areas and the engineering hall, with a 3-storey atrium capable of housing large vehicles.
