Dovecote Meadow is an Extra Care Village for elderly persons of traditional construction, consisting of 176 apartments and communal facilities such as a coffee bar, lounge, wellbeing suite, shop, hairdressers, and a restaurant.
McNally and Thompson were employed to design, install and commission the whole of the buildings electrical systems including fire alarms, warden call, CCTV, IRS, air conditioning and the mechanical, natural, and smoke ventilation systems.
